The maintenance of micro reduction motor generally includes cleaning equipment, checking, fastening screws, maintaining good lubrication, adjusting mechanical parts, etc. It is closely related to operation, and also the basis of carrying out planned maintenance. Selecting and adding lubricating materials reasonably according to the structure of equipment is the main aspect of equipment maintenance. The function of lubricating materials is to reduce or reduce the friction between parts, so as to reduce the wear of micro motor, reduce the power consumption of equipment and cool the worn surface of parts, prevent parts from rusting and forming seals, and prevent dust from entering.
The structure of micro reduction motor can be roughly divided into three categories:
1. Electromagnetic micromotor: its basic composition is similar to ordinary motor, including stator, rotor, armature winding, brush and other parts, but its structure is extremely compact.
2. Non electromagnetic micromotor: the external structure is the same as that of electromagnetic micromotor, for example, the rotating products are made into cylinder and the linear products are made into square, but the internal structure varies greatly due to their different working principles.
3. Combined micromotor: combination of various micromotors; combination of micromotor and electronic circuit. For example, the combination of DC motor and sensor, the combination of x-direction and Y-direction linear motor, etc.
Micromotors are mainly used in the following three fields:
1. Audio and video equipment. For example, in VCR, micro special motor is not only the key component of the drum assembly, but also the important component of the main shaft drive, the automatic loading of the receiving and supplying tapes, the tape cartridge and the tension control of the tape.
2. Office automation equipment, computer external equipment and industrial automation equipment. For example, disk drive, copier, CNC machine tool, robot and so on all use micro motor.
3. The driving field cooperation without special control requirements is the power source of the moving mechanical load.
